Our representatives are the first point of contact with potential and current customers and play an important role in our business. They are responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries related to online financial products and services. They provide superior customer service and sales through building rapport, recognizing customer s expressed and unexpressed needs, and personalize recommendations for product and service referrals.
As a member of the inside sales and service team, you will be responsible for achieving/exceeding your monthly assigned sales and service objectives. This will in turn help Wells Fargo Bank's WFCC Group achieve and sustain its market leadership in on-line banking. Your responsibility is to solve inbound customer service issues and questions, and sell additional Wells Fargo Bank products and services from which they customer will benefit. Through in-depth inquiries, you will identify and present the best products and services to meet your customer needs and provide customers with one call resolution. Upon completion of the new hire training class, you will be placed into a schedule discussed at the time of offer and we are looking for you to be able to work any assigned shifts as this is a 24x7 operation.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for YOU and your.
1 ½ years plus of sales experience to include attaining or exceeding sales goals.
ability to recognize sales opportunities, including cross selling, up selling and consultative selling.
strong listening skills with goal of providing one call resolution and driving customer loyalty through personal banking relationship and delivering a positive customer experience.
consistently punctual and dependable

You would be at the front line to assist our customers. Our team members are the most important difference between being a good financial services company and becoming a great one.
Full-time and part time day shift between hours of 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM . Schedules will include one weekend day if not both. Our 8 week full time training program will begin on January 19, 2010 and will be held from 9am-6pm. The first 4 weeks will be Monday-Friday and the remaining 4 weeks will be held Tuesday - Saturday.
